Ok let's see - we have an image hosted on a profile that is 1 day old and asks you to visit a website with a strange url with a promise of a financial reward on an another website. How do you even imagine that would work? And now, of course, people start crying that their computers got infected with malware. Which is great - every genius who fell for this obvious phishing scam deserved it. I hope your shitty computer burns and you along with it.

Bronies go nuts, and Nintendo Sucks?Equestria Girls
The trailer to "Equestria Girls" (the humanized MLP spinoff film) finally was released today. Aaaannnd everyone's freaking out. Again.
You know, it actually looks pretty decent. Bronies... please understand: I know you're a major unexpected demographic for the show. I know you enjoy seeing shout-out's become canon within the show, and appreciate how the creators do little things here and there for you. But... the show isn't made for you. This is not Cartoon Network and the target demographic isn't 25 year olds in college. You're a nice addition to the target demographic of little girls, but you are not the driving force behind MLP.
I don't want this to sound mean, but it needs to be said. This is where it becomes very important to understand the fine line between being a fan of the show and thinking that because you've invested so much energy into the show that you're entitled to things.
I'm sure the movie won't be as bad as everyone makes it out to be. It honest

Opinions are a Dangerous thing: Art StylesThis isn't about narking on anyone no, infact this is just my own muses really! You could say this is a journal for ENCOURAGEMENT! *SHINES*
I find sticking to one style restrictive if you are a beginning/moderate artist! (even professionals I might say! though I can't speak for everyone)
Having a distinctive look on how your art is done and produced is understandable and its a desire to appear unique to the point some one can just SEE your work and instantly think 'Oh! that's Ten-days!' or something along the line. However, when you are trying to find who you are and what kind of art you are to produce, I recommend trying, well, a lot of different things! Different styles, mixing styles, different colouring techinque, brushes, tools, shading. Don't feel dependant on what you are already doing and don't feel pressured by people just for trying new things!
Push out of your comfort zone. Can't draw hands? don't avoid it! draw the heck out of them! (how else are you going to learn?)

Eurovision nightGot myself some ice cream and will be making myself compfy on the sofa so I'm ready for the big, glittery, horrible music, camp, pointless politics, drama that is eurovision. It never disappoints me.

Sweet prancing Jehovah this place smells of dust and mothballs! *looks to the side* that cheese sammich is still here??? *pokes it with a stick* I think it's alive!

Oh! Hello to anyone still gazing by this old and seemingly abandoned portion of the internet. Now by my count this will be the thousandth return I make from the yonder, but what can I say... College life is busy, annoying and time consuming. Plus the fact I was without a decent working computer and anything in the like for the entirety of this past year has made it difficult to post anything with ease (the malfunctioning scanner is still in the fritz), but on the brighter side of the news: I've FINALLY got myself a new computer (functioning and with decent specs for a change, thank you college internship program!). Now I managed to get photoshop and my trusty tablet back on and after dusting it off I managed at least some manner of work done.

Ok, now for what's important! What's happened to me these last 9 months I've been away? Well... Got a GF, lost the GF. Managed to weasel out of a year long art drought I had been going through, studied some more drawing techniques and carried on some other trivial things.

First and foremost! The series I promised, what will happen to them??

Meet the Family: Finished, still need coloring but I'll get to that later, right now all I want is to post what I've done ASAP.

Yup, I'm sick and tired of how impossible it is to draw some manner of mature themed (note, NOT F* PORN) avatar, even with mature looking characters and situations without becoming warrant to some kind of backlash, so in all I'll just focus my energy on something less annoying and more rewarding. (a much needed note, such backlash didn't come from DA community, you guys are alright and have always been supportive ^-^)

JQNZ: Instead this is what I've been working on lately, a new series cooked up by some talented and good friends. I'll post the latest scans and drafts here for opinion and critiques. Always welcome when not ignorant!
